How it Works:

  • A recording 'agent' is defined as a OCS/Lync user
  • A user can be predefined to have all calls automatically recorded, or can manually select which calls to record
  • The user simply adds the recording agent to a call to start on-demand recording
  • Call recordings are accessible to users through integration with the Exchange Server and to administrators and supervisors through a secure web interface
  • Recorded calls are stored and archived according the individual organization's policies and requirements
